Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of Curebiology (curebiology.com), operated by Consult Sciences Ltd. By creating an account or using the platform, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You also confirm the consent selections recorded at signup; mandatory consents are a condition of access.

1. The service

Curebiology is an AI Therapeutic Intelligence Platform. It synthesizes publicly available research data — literature, clinical trials, safety reports, molecular records, target associations and patent metadata — into evidence-graded diligence reports. The service is provided for professional research and diligence support.

2. No professional advice

Nothing in the service constitutes medical advice, clinical guidance, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security or asset. Outputs are summaries and structures of public information and may be incomplete, delayed or wrong. Always consult qualified professionals before making health, clinical, regulatory or investment decisions.

3. No prediction of outcomes

The platform intentionally does not predict trial success, regulatory approval or commercial performance. It surfaces evidence, historical analogies (including terminated programs) and historically attributed failure modes with citations. You remain solely responsible for your interpretation and any decision you take.

4. Accounts and acceptable use

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials confidential. You agree not to: misuse the service or interfere with its operation; scrape or resell outputs at scale without a written agreement; upload content you lack rights to (including third-party pitch decks); attempt to access other users' data or admin functions; or use the service for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Uploaded content

Documents and information you upload (e.g. pitch decks, trial data) are used solely to generate your reports and to enforce access controls. You retain ownership of your uploads and grant us a limited license to process them for that purpose. Do not upload material you are not authorized to share.

6. Intellectual property

The platform, its software and original content are owned by Consult Sciences Ltd. Source data remains the property of its respective providers (e.g. NLM, ClinicalTrials.gov, FDA, EMBL-EBI, Open Targets, EBI). Reports generated for you may be used internally in your organization.

7. Availability and changes

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" during beta, without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Refunds

During the free beta there are no charges. When paid plans launch, our Refund Policy will apply.
