Refund Policy

Curebiology is currently free during beta — no payment is collected and no card is stored. This policy describes how refunds will work when paid plans launch.

Planned policy

• 14-day satisfaction guarantee. New paid subscriptions can be canceled and fully refunded within 14 days of the first charge.
• Monthly plans. Cancel anytime; the subscription stays active until the end of the paid period. Renewal charges for the current period are non-refundable once the 14-day window has passed.
• Annual plans. Pro-rata refund of unused whole months if canceled within 30 days of a renewal; otherwise, annual renewals are non-refundable.
• Team/enterprise plans are governed by their signed agreement.

How to request

Use the support form or email support@curebiology.com with your account email. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Chargeback abuse may result in account termination.
